Photoshop Elements
You can enhance your photo subject’s eyes or even change eye color by using a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer in Photoshop Elements.
Note: In this example, we’re changing eye color from gray to green, but you can use the same procedure to change the color of any item in your image.
